Sports Courts Expansion Subcommittee:
The Sports Courts Complex has been an important part of Trilogy since the beginning of the community. As the demand for court time has grown, especially pickleball, it has been difficult to expand the complex due to high costs and limited space. Stadium Court 1 was center court for tennis but became a shared court with pickleball in November 2020 after three years of studying expansion options. In early 2022, after further study, the Facilities Committee recommended that Court 1 be converted to permanent pickleball. The Board voted in March 2022 to continue sharing the use of Court 1 for another year and then review to see if permanent changes need to be made. This subcommittee has completed that review and recommends Court 1 continue to be shared for another year (2023-2024).
