Compliance Committee Recommendation – Proposed Changes to Fine schedule
Summary: The Compliance Committee has recommended the Board consider adopting rule changes to institute a changed fine schedule as a result of the traffic study conducted in the prior fiscal year by the consulting firm Willdan. The intent is to adopt a progressive scale for second and third offenses to help deter drivers from disobeying these safety devices. To view the proposed rule change, click here
Landscape Committee Recommendation – Artificial Turf
Summary: To encourage water conservation and to improve the overall look of the community the Landscape and Design Review Committee worked together to develop a framework regarding installation of artificial grass in the front yards. The Landscaping Committee has submitted a recommendation to the Board to consider adopting rule changes to the existing Rules allowing the installation of artificial turf with specific guidelines. Landscape Committee Recommendation - Turf Reduction
Summary: In addition to the proposed rule change regarding the installation of artificial grass in resident’s front yards, the Landscape Committee has proposed modifications to our existing rule regarding turf reduction in front yards and is also out for community review and comment.
